Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach that explores the connection between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic), and the patterns of behaviour we develop (programming). Neuro linguistic programming therapy focuses on understanding these connections to support positive change.
NLP is based on the idea that each of us has an internal map of the world, shaped by our thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. This internal map influences how we feel and act in different situations. Sometimes these patterns help us, while at other times they can hold us back.
